Submit Title Order

Any title orders without a completed Title Order Form will not be accepted.

 

For all new orders, ClosePoint USA LLC now requires:

• Buyer’s email address and phone number

• Seller’s email address and phone number

 

While this information has traditionally been collected at closing, FinCEN Reporting Requirements now mandate that it be obtained earlier in the transaction. Orders submitted without this information may be delayed until the required details are provided.

Quit Claim Deeds – New Restrictions

Due to FinCEN compliance obligations, ClosePoint USA LLC will no longer accept orders for Quit Claim Deeds unless they are directly associated with a purchase or sale transaction being processed by ClosePoint USA LLC. Stand-alone Quit Claim Deed requests cannot be accepted at this time.
