Our Role in the Settlement Process

As the central communication hub for your real estate transaction, we coordinate with all involved parties, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents. Our responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and reviewing all necessary closing documents

  • Ensuring the Closing Disclosure (CD) and ALTA Settlement Statement are accurate and in full compliance with lender instructions and the Contract of Sale

  • Handling escrow functions and managing the disbursement of closing funds to all appropriate parties

By managing these critical components, we help streamline the closing process and minimize the chance of delays or costly errors.
