Cupcakes:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup champagne
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp champagne
1 tsp vanilla
Edible glitter (optional)
Instructions:
Prep: Preheat to 350°F and line cupcake tin.
Batter: Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, then alternate adding dry mix and champagne.
Bake: Fill liners and bake for 18–20 minutes. Cool.
Frost: Beat butter, add sugar, champagne, and vanilla. Pipe onto cupcakes and decorate with glitter.
