ClosePoint USA Announces Acquisition of NextManagement LLC and Appointment of Megan Handler as President of ClosePoint USA TC Services LLC

New membership platform will offer unlimited transactions and expanded agent support beginning January 4, 2027

MARLTON, N.J., October 14, 2026 — ClosePoint USA today announced the acquisition of NextManagement LLC and the appointment of Megan Handler as President of ClosePoint USA TC Services LLC. Handler will oversee the development and implementation of a new transaction coordination membership platform for independent real estate agents and teams throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with plans to expand into additional states.

Scheduled to launch January 4, 2027, the platform will move beyond the traditional per-deal transaction coordination model by offering membership levels that include unlimited transactions and a broader range of services to support agents and teams.

Planned offerings include transaction coordination with the accompanying soup to nuts document generation/document signing technology platform, brokerage office management and compliance support, coaching, systems and artificial intelligence training, access to a marketing strategist and advisor, and invitations to online and in-person events. The platform will offer service seven days a week. Membership pricing is being finalized and will be announced closer to launch.

ClosePoint USA’s existing transaction coordination operation currently serves more than 300 agents across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The new platform will build on that foundation, with Handler leading its development and expansion alongside the existing TC team.
